Julie is a writer and teacher of Australian Druidry. She is the founder of the Druids Down Under network on Facebook and also a jewelry artist for her label Forest Spirit Jewelry. She is based now in The Blue Mountains, NSW Australia.

ABOUT THE BOOK

Julie is author of the book 'Australian Druidry: connecting with the sacred landscape' and is the founder of the online community Druids Down Under. Druidry is a nature based spirituality inspired by what is known of the ancient Druids, the spiritual leaders of the ancient Celts of Britain, Ireland and some parts of Europe. It is a modern spirituality that has a focus on nature, creativity, art, storytelling and peace. Both her book and the online community explore what it means to follow this modern tradition in an Australian context. She also runs workshops and gatherings for these purposes. Some locally, some interstate. Julie has also studied Religions at Sydney University and has an interest in a wide range of spiritual practices.
